A 4 Days Gorilla Wildlife Safari in both Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Lake Mburo National Park..

This is a 4 days luxury safari starting and ending in Uganda’s capital Kampala. This safari can also be done on a scheduled basis. The safari will take you to one of Uganda’s small savanna national parks, Lake Mburo National Park where you may see different wild animals such as the gigantic eland antelope, topis, impalas, sitatungas, bush duikers, among others. The five lakes within the park also attract hippos, crocodiles and a variety of waterbirds, while fringing swamps hide secretive papyrus specialists such as the sitatunga antelope and red, black and yellow papyrus gonalek.

The safari will later take you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will track the endangered mountain gorillas. Looking deep into the expressive brown eyes of these gentle giants is surely the most exciting and memorable encounter that you do not need to miss. There are four habituated families of mountain gorillas in the park living in the thicker tropical forests. Tracking from Bwindi is however a more challenging adventurous activity given that it involves you walking on the steeper forested hillsides looking for these great apes. Other residents of the park include birds, monkeys and orchids.
